This is a system taught by The Institute of Yoga Sports Science ® which was founded by Hayley Winter who argues that yoga is the missing link in many athlete’s strength and conditioning programmes.
Depending on requirements a session can feature just flexibility and core training oradditional breathing and mental techniques. The latter can be particularly beneficial in sports that require focus such as shooting or golf.
