Yoga
Aside from teaching sport-specific Lexie is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified instructor (since 2008) and can offer general yoga sessions both on a 1/2/1, couple, or small group basis. This would currently take place via Zoom and would involve completing a pre-session questionnaire and having an additional Zoom-based, or telephone conversation.

Yoga For Cyclists
Yoga is excellent at reducing tension and maintaining mobility in a sport like cycling where the upper body remains relatively static for long periods potentially leading to issues with the back, neck and shoulders.

The author of Yoga for Runners (Bloomsbury Publishing) Lexie can tailor yoga techniques specifically to cater for runners.

Yoga For Sport
Aside from runners, cyclists and triathletes Lexie regularly works with golfers and has created sport-specific stretching and core routines for rugby and tennis players as well as the former British air pistol champion Victoria Mullin.

1/2/1 Yoga
Lexie teaches the majority of her sessions on a private or 1/2/1 basis. However, she also has many couples and could also cater for small groups.
