Lexie teaches the majority of her sessions on a private or 1/2/1 basis. However, she also has many couples and could also cater for small groups. The upside of a personal session is that it will be tailored to you (and your sport if doing sport-specific yoga) and take into account any physical issues. This includes completing a health questionnaire, followed by either email or phone conversation. Many people pay for four or five sessions and continue on their own using their personal plan. The only potential problem of face-to-face yoga is proximity! Lexie lives in Esher, Surrey (UK) and will travel to nearby areas.

At the time of writing the UK is out of lockdown but people are still practicing social distancing after the Covid pandemic. All Lexie’s yoga sessions are currently conducted via Zoom for this reason. However, teaching online has meant that cyclists, runners and potential yogis from further afield can also connect to do sport-specific yoga on a 1/2/1, couples or small group basis.
