British Wheel of Yoga

Aside from teaching sport-specific Lexie is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified instructor (since 2008) and can offer general yoga sessions both on a 1/2/1, couple, or small group basis. This would currently take place via Zoom and would involve completing a pre-session questionnaire and having an additional Zoom-based, or telephone conversation.
Yoga sessions are tailored for you and your body, so can factor in previous issues with lower back pain, or other common physical issues. We can also include the more mental side of yoga, such as breathing, relaxation and meditation.

Lexie is a guest tutor for the main yoga teaching training body, the British Wheel of Yoga in Surrey and London, and specialises in anatomy and physiology and the science behind stretching so can offer a more practical, science-based approach to yoga if you are looking purely for improvements in stretching and core strength.
