A former business magazine journalist and editor at Haymarket Publishing, Lexie has combined teaching yoga with writing for the cycling, running and yoga media. She was a freelance features contributor to Cycling Weekly, the back page columnist for OM Yoga magazine and her articles have also appeared in Runner’s World, Trail Runner, Women’s Fitness, Outdoor Fitness, Psychologies and the Guardian online. Lexie is also the author of the Bloomsbury books Yoga for Runners, Yoga for Cyclists, The Stretching Bible and Move.
