I love to offer athletes practical, functional techniques to improve flexibility, core strength, mental focus and resistance to injury. Alongside teaching, I write books (Yoga for Runners and Yoga for Cyclists) and work as a freelance writer. I'm a keen road cyclistand ride with the Viceroys Triathlon club. This year I will start studying for a distance learning Sport and Exercise Science degree with the Manchester Metropolitan University.
