I love to offer athletes practical, functional techniques to improve flexibility, core strength, mental focus and resistance to injury. Alongside teaching, I write books (The Stretching Bible, Yoga for Runners and Yoga for Cyclists) and work as a freelance fitness writer. I'm a keen road cyclist, and ride with the Viceroys Triathlon club. I have studied the foundation year of an Exercise and Sports Science BSc and am currently undertaking a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
